AACE's Virtual Library - The Virtual Library is a fully searchable database that contains over 40 years of the Association's full-text technical articles available electronically in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. AACE's Certified Cost Consultant (CCC), Certified Cost Engineer (CCE), Certified Cost Technician (CCT), Certified Forensic Claims Consultant (CFCC), Certified Estimating Professional (CEP), Certified Portfolio, Program, & Project Manager (C3PM), Earned Value Professional (EVP), and Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification programs are third-party credentials that are recognized as signifying specialized cost and management capabilities.
The CCC/CCE, CCT, EVP, and PSP programs are independently accredited by the Council of Engineering & Scientific Specialty Boards and the International Cost Engineering Council. AACE certifications are a recognized credible standard in the cost management field.
