Senior Cost Engineer Job Duties Selected candidates will be primarily involved in providing cost engineering and consulting services for PT&C’s DOE and DOD clients. Candidates will be responsible for the development, review, assessment, and validation of cost and schedule baselines for major Federal programs and capital line item projects. The candidate will also provide streamlining of cost management for O&M for major environmental facilities. The candidate will work on a multi-disciplinary team on a wide range of environmental & facilities related programs including: management consulting studies, development of independent government estimates, assessment of alternatives, development of programs and project management systems, and the development of resource loaded schedules. The ideal candidate would have worked for the DOE or the DOD as an employee or as a contractor supporting the Agencies.
